Booking Guidelines
Meeting Rooms: Must be reserved at least 7 days in advance. Your room reservation is not complete until it is confirmed by library staff by email or phone.
- Time is booked in 15 minute increments. Maximum booking is 4 hours.
- There is a 5 person minimum to reserve a branch meeting room.
- Please make sure only light refreshments are served: snacks like cookies, chips, soft drinks, etc. The use of a catering service is not allowed.
- All meetings must be open to the general public and news media for the entire duration of the room booking.
How to Reserve a Space
- Click the Next Available button or the Go to Date button.
- Click a green square to select your start time.
- Use the drop down menu under the green calendar bar to choose your end time.
- Click Submit Times and follow instructions to complete your request.
